Mission
The mission of the Trinity River Audubon Center is to instill a shared appreciation
and sense of stewardship for the natural world through hands-on nature education,
citizen science and conservation.
Project
We need a way to integrate pictures with Google Earth (or Bing) to make a fun interactive
interface to track local bird sightings.
Also,
We need to automate the Academic Programs Request section of our website. We would
like the Academic program request form (http://www.trinityriveraudubon.org/site/PageServer?pagename=Explore_Academic)
to be a web based form. When the requestor submits the form, we would like someone
on our staff to be notified as well as an e-mail sent to the requestor with a link
that they can use to check the status of thier application. After our staff has
gone through the review proccess, we would like the system to send the requestor
an invoice and program materials. We would like the invoice to be able to be paid
online with the invoice number (we want it to be simple for the user). We will need
an interface to change the attached program materials and some simple reporting
(a way to get who has applied and that it has been acted on).
On the main site, anything you all can do to help us draw visitors to our site would
be amazing. We need help with everything from CSS to formatting.
