Mission
The Bradley O'Martin Melanoma Foundation raises funds for Melanoma research in the
hope of finding a cure or a successful treatment.
They also educate youth and the public about the causes of Melanoma and the methods
to protect your skin. They know that an "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of
cure". They see education as the tool that saves lives.
All money raised by this organization goes to the MD Anderson Cancer Center to provide
funding for Melanoma research under the direction of Drs. Patrick Hwu and Kevin
Kim and to help educate the public on skin cancer issues.
Project
They need a web site that will provide information, reference sources, and resources
for sunscreen products, sun protective clothing, hospitals/cancer treatment centers,
and general information about skin cancer by providing pictures photos and graphics.
In addition, they would like to have a membership database on the back end that
captures email, addresses, etc.
Finally, they need to have an online donation button that is interactive with PayPal
(Merchant Warehouse?) which is the current configuration of their web site.
